Medical Doctorate Graduate

Job Summary
Offer of a lifetime for the right candidate! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Doctorate graduate to join our healthcare team as a partner in this midsize clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The Physician will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The chosen candidate will receive a partnership position in the practice and will have a management team in place for guidance. This is a five-year minimum contract and can be a lifetime position or a steppingstone in your medical career.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in the medical field and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee; or willingness to begin the qualifying process immediately.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for recent graduates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
