What You'll Do:

Client Experience & Treatments

• Perform advanced skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and body treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations, assess skin conditions, and screen for contraindications
• Design personalized skincare routines and treatment plans tailored to each client's goals
• Welcome clients warmly, escort them to treatment rooms, and ensure every visit feels exceptional from arrival to departure
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment — including linen care between sessions

Growth & Performance

• Utilize consultative sales techniques to recommend and upsell products and services that genuinely benefit clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on at-home skincare routines to drive retention and loyalty
• Collaborate with the team to promote spa services, meet monthly performance goals, and earn bonuses
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon software
• Stay current on emerging trends, techniques, and advancements in the medical aesthetics industry

What We're Looking For:

• Active Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or similar clinical environment
• Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments, laser hair removal, and cosmetology practices
• Strong client relationship skills — you make people feel seen, cared for, and confident
• A results-oriented mindset — you take pride in both the quality of your work and achieving measurable goals
• Professional, polished demeanor in a fast-paced, client-facing setting
• Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian (strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Highland Park, IL 60035
