Medical Esthetician

We are a busy, patient-focused dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice seeking a skilled and personable Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about skincare, thrives in a collaborative clinical environment, and enjoys delivering results-driven treatments while building long-term patient relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion
• Support acne treatment plans and assist with clinical procedures as appropriate
• Actively educate patients on skincare and build customized home-care regimens to enhance and maintain treatment results
• Confidently recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products as part of a results-driven approach to patient care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow all safety protocols
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Travel to our Westlake Village location a few times per month to provide services

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Esthetician license (required)
• 1+ years of experience in a medical or dermatology setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and cosmetic procedures
• Comfortable with consultative selling and meeting product sales goals
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
