Our spa is seeking a talented and motivated individual to be part of our dynamic team. The Esthetician will consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction. You will maintain knowledge to promote and sell services, packages, memberships and retail products. You will ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized and linens are clean at all times, and treat clients in a courteous and empathetic manner. Must be willing to particiapte in social media and promote self.

Esthetician Job Responsibilities

(Included but limited to):

• Creating a seamless experience for clients from start to finish by greeting customers and making a genuine connection.
• Give consultations to new clients by educating them on our services and assessing their areas of concern.
• Taking measurements and photos.
• Performing 20-120 min customized treatments on face and body.
• Retail sales
• Beauty Bank sales
• Keeping track of and updating client charts.
• Insuring that workspace is always exceptionally clean using medical grade cleaning supplies provided.
• Maintain a positive and passionate attitude.
• Multitask and improvise to provide customized client experience.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, packages and retail, as approved on social media.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings as well as help out when needed with phones and checking patients out.

Qualifications:

• State licensure to practice as an esthetician.
• Valid Electrolysis License
• Microneedling cerfication
• Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

Pay: Negotiable

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, some Saturdays

Supplemental pay types:

• Deland, FL 32724: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Esthetician: 2 years (Preferred)
• Laser Certified (Required)

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Required)
• Laser (Required)
• Microneedling Certification (Preferred)
