Duties

• Perform precise eyelash extension applications using the latest techniques to achieve natural or dramatic looks tailored to each guest’s preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes, offering expert advice on lash styles, lengths, and volume options
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Promote retail sales of lash care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials through engaging product demos and upselling strategies
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent guest services
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques like dermal fillers or body waxing to provide comprehensive beauty solutions

Experience

• Proven experience as a Certified Lash Technician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extension work demonstrating skill and creativity
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional training in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers is a plus
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, safety standards, and proper tool sterilization procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and recommend appropriate services or retail products
• Experience with social media management to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients online
• Background in retail sales, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
