Our team is composed of double board-certified surgeons, experienced providers, and a collaborative support staff dedicated to excellence, innovation, and elevated service.

We are expanding our aesthetic team and seeking a highly skilled, motivated Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician who is passionate about skin health, advanced technologies, and building a thriving patient base within a high-end environment.

This role is ideal for a results-driven aesthetician who thrives in a performance-based environment and is eager to grow their personal book of business. The ideal candidate is confident in advanced laser treatments and understands how to educate, convert, and retain patients through exceptional outcomes and relationship-building.

This is not a passive role, success in this position requires initiative, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership over your schedule and growth.

Responsibilities

• Laser resurfacing and rejuvenation (Sciton: BBL, HALO, ProFractional)
• Skin tightening (Sofwave)
• RF Microneedling (Sylfirm X )
• Medical-grade facials and skin treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional service and results
• Consistently meet and exceed service and retail sales goals
• Collaborate with providers to support surgical and non-surgical patient journeys
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

Experience

• Licensed Medical Aesthetician in the state of Colorado
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting preferred
• Strong experience with laser technologies (Sciton experience highly preferred)
• Experience with RF microneedling and skin tightening devices
• Proven ability to sell services and skincare in a consultative
• Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to grow personal revenue
• Polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay: $25.00 - $200.00 per hour
