Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, ambitious, and passionate Medical Esthetician to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments, being comfortable on camera, creating content, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a medical esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of aesthetic services, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting our products and services. Your expertise in esthetic laser treatment (candela), and other beauty services will help clients achieve their desired results. *Please note we are looking for a candidate that has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Spa environment*

Responsibilities

• Perform various aesthetic treatments including facials, laser, lashes, brows, and other aesthetic treatments. Hammam Turkish Bath/other hydrotherapy body services is a plus, but not required.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Demonstrate product usage during client consultations and retail sales.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase results.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication/follow-ups, and hospitality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment techniques (candela preferred)
• Strong social media management skills for marketing purposes.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that educate clients on product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of Vagaro software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Retail sales experience to promote products effectively during consultations.
• A background in hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician
