Position: Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician (Part-Time)

About the Role

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience in a MedSpa setting, strong technical expertise in aesthetic treatments, and a proven ability to cross-sell and enhance client experiences through services and retail recommendations.

You will play a key role in delivering personalized treatments, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business through service excellence and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced aesthetic services, including:

• Laser hair removal (Alma or Venus Velocity experience a plus)
• Laser skin treatments (Lumenis M22 experience a plus)
• Glo2Facials, chemical peels, body contouring, and more
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin assessments to create customized treatment plans
• Confidently recommend, cross-sell, and upsell services, packages, and skincare products to enhance client results
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Deliver a high-end, welcoming client experience from start to finish
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Utilize Aesthetic Record (EMR) for scheduling, charting, and inventory management

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Laser Technician License (TDLR)
• Valid Texas Esthetician License (TDLR)
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a MedSpa setting (required)
• Strong background in laser treatments and advanced skincare services
• Proven ability to drive retail and service sales through client education and relationship-building
• Experience with SkinCeuticals and/or SkinBetter preferred
• Sales experience is a strong plus
• Additional certifications (massage therapy, reflexology) are a plus
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and continuous learning
• Must be available to work weekends
