Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician

Part Time $20–40/hr ranges when commission/tips are included (DOE)

Precision Laser & Esthetics is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Laser Technician / Licensed Esthetician to join our team!

Established for 13 years, Precision Laser has built a reputation in the Treasure Valley for providing exceptional results, personalized care, and a warm luxury experience. We are passionate about helping clients feel confident while creating a positive, supportive environment for both our clients and team.

This position is ideal for someone who loves aesthetics, values patient relationships, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to grow alongside an established and expanding medical spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser, skin, and esthetic treatments safely and effectively
• Deliver exceptional client care and treatment outcomes
• Complete accurate charting and treatment documentation
• Recommend customized treatment plans and skincare products
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room readiness
• Meet or exceed monthly productivity and revenue goals
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and brand standards at all times
• Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, and promotional events as requested
• Build strong client relationships while creating an elevated luxury experience
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support overall spa growth and success

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Esthetician License required
• Sales experience is perferred
• Laser certification and experience preferred
• Previous med spa or aesthetic experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and continued learning

Schedule

• Part-time
• 15+ hours per week
• Some evening or weekend availability preferred
