Role Summary
The Diagnostic Aesthetics Specialist acts as a crucial clinical bridge, delivering precise, physician-delegated aesthetic treatments while actively integrating systemic health data (metabolic analysis and body composition) to ensure optimal, measurable patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics Integration: Perform and manage patient testing on the PNOE Metabolic Analysis platform and Styku 3D Body Composition scanner; utilize resulting data (VO2max, visceral fat levels) to customize aesthetic treatments.
- Advanced Laser Operation: Expertly and safely operate a multimodal laser platform for a variety of skin treatments.
- Energy-Based Treatments: Perform microneedling for collagen induction and skin tightening while adhering strictly to pre-treatment screening and post-care protocols.
- Body Contouring: Execute multi-modal T-Shape 2 treatments (LLLT, RF, Vacuum Massage) for cellulite reduction and skin laxity, requiring adherence to multi-session protocols.
- Clinical Skin Care: Perform customized aesthetic facials utilizing Glymed products, execute DiamondGlow (3X1™ Exfoliation/Extraction/Infusion) treatments efficiently, and maintain meticulous sanitation and equipment upkeep.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed medical records, ensure strict adherence to all written physician Standing Orders, and operate within the scope of practice defined by Texas TDLR.
- Patient Experience: Provide exceptional communication, education, and post-care guidance, resulting in high treatment compliance and patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure (Required): Active, non-expired Texas Esthetician License.
- Laser Certification (Required): Active TDLR Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician Certification (required for operation of laser equipment and T-Shape 2).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting (MedSpa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery).
- Technical Skills: Proven technical mastery of advanced modalities listed above, or directly comparable equipment.
- Professionalism: Exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a team-focused, coachable attitude.
