Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing to address individual client needs.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring optimal results while adhering to safety protocols.
• Apply eyelash extensions, makeup, and nail care services to enhance clients’ appearance with precision and artistry.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning equipment, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and preferences, contributing to overall business growth.

Skills

• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of body waxing procedures, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services.
• Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Background in cosmetology or related certification demonstrating expertise in skincare therapies.
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage for relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
• Skilled in product demos to educate clients about skincare lines and retail offerings effectively. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
