Compensation:

Starting Pay: $32-$35 per hour based on experience, plus commission plus tips

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician to join our growing team on a part-time basis, working 3–4 days per week.

The ideal candidate has prior experience performing laser treatments, body contouring procedures, and skin tightening treatments. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about aesthetics, committed to delivering exceptional results, and excited to continue learning as we expand our treatment offerings.

Additional training will be provided on many of our advanced technologies and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments with a focus on safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Perform laser treatments, body contouring, and skin tightening procedures
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations, skincare, and post-treatment protocols
• Deliver a luxury-level client experience before, during, and after treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance protocols
• Work collaboratively with providers and staff to support exceptional outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Active New York State Esthetician License
• Prior experience with laser treatments required
• Prior experience with body contouring treatments required
• Prior experience with skin tightening treatments required
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued education
