Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, comfortable in a medical aesthetics setting, and excels at delivering exceptional results with a luxury guest experience.

This role is ideal for an esthetician who wants to grow clinically, build a loyal clientele, and work alongside a physician-led team using advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including medical-grade facials, microneedling, radiofrequency, laser and skin rejuvenation procedures
• Conduct personalized skincare consultations, treatment planning, and product recommendations
• Educate clients on skin health, homecare routines, and long-term treatment plans
• Promote and support medical-grade skincare retail sales in a consultative (not pushy) manner
• Maintain a pristine treatment environment and follow all sanitation, safety, and medical protocols
• Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and follow-up
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to support client outcomes and clinic growth
• Engage with clients via phone, text, and email for appointment follow-ups and service education

Qualifications

• Active Florida Full Specialist / Esthetician License (required)
• Valid Florida Laser Tech certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics setting preferred
• Experience with medical-grade facials, microneedling, and RF technologies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
• Retail-savvy with experience recommending and selling skincare products
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for continuing education and professional growth in medical aesthetics
