We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team at SKN WTR Aesthetics. What You’ll Do

• Perform a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• RF Microneedling
• Laser Skin Rejuvenation
• IV Drip Administration (training provided if needed)
• Conduct in-depth consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on post-care and home skincare to support long-term results
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with injectors and medical staff to ensure a seamless client experience
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician in Massachusetts (medical aesthetics experience preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in a med spa or clinical setting
• Strong foundation in advanced skin treatments and corrective skincare
• Comfort with (or willingness to learn) laser technologies and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
• Interest in building a personal brand and growing a loyal client base

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience
