Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician

faceIQ Medspa is a growing, results-driven aesthetic practice focused on elevated care, education, and natural-looking outcomes. We offer advanced skincare treatments, injectables, and laser services in a warm, polished, and highly personalized environment. We are seeking a part-time Licensed Esthetician + Laser Technician who is passionate about skin health, excellent patient care, and continued professional growth.

Position Summary
This role is ideal for an esthetician who is confident in delivering high-quality treatments, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and wants to grow within a collaborative medspa environment. The right candidate is polished, self-motivated, coachable, and excited to contribute to both the client experience and the growth of the aesthetics side of the business.

This position is scheduled for approximately 25 hours per week and may include some flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on client demand.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments, including:
• Medical-grade facials
• Chemical peels
• HydraFacial
• Dermaplaning
• Brow and lash services
• Microneedling
• Lasers
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized treatment plans and home-care routines
• Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-care, and medical-grade skincare
• Recommend skincare products confidently and appropriately based on client needs
• Support medical procedures with room setup, patient prep, follow-up care, and education as needed
• Assist with front desk or administrative support during downtime
• Maintain treatment rooms and workspaces to the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Help support client retention, service utilization, and practice growth through exceptional care and follow-through
• Participate in social media content creation, including educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Esthetician license required
• Laser certification preferred
• Candidates without laser certification must be willing to train
• Experience with advanced aesthetic services preferred
• Strong interest in skin health, client outcomes, and continued education
• Familiarity with professional skincare lines such as ZO Skin Health, iS Clinical, and Hydrinity is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Must be proactive, coachable, and motivated to grow
