Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Medical Events Coordinator to manage scientific programs, CME/CPD accreditation, and faculty engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring our events meet medical education standards and regulatory compliance (DHA, DoH, MOHAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate CME/CPD accreditation applications with health authorities.
• Liaise with medical faculty, speakers, and associations.
• Support event planning, registration, and delegate management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and sponsorship guidelines.
• Assist in post-event reporting and certificate issuance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• Two years experience in event coordination or CME/medical administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month + benefits
