Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and text messages with patients and prospective patients
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Verify insurance benefits
• Collect patient payments
• Check patients in and out
• Assist with administrative duties and office operations
• Cross-train in other areas of the business as needed
• Help ensure every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and valued
