Job Description

Fast-paced, Dynamic & Established Sports Medicine Clinic seeks Full-Time Front Office Coordinator who exemplifies professionalism and enthusiasm in a customer oriented business. Established in 2001, MultiSport Health Center provides Corrective Therapy & Performance Enhancement to patients ranging from Active Individuals to Professional/Olympic Athletes. The practice is an established evidence based office that provides corrective therapy and performance enhancements to patients ranging from active individuals to professional/ Olympic athletes.

Primary Duties Include:

Greet patients and manage all aspects of the front desk with professionalism

Schedule patients using Electronic Medical Record, Jane

Verify Insurance coverage, insurance billing

Collect patient information correctly

Comply with all HIPAA regulations surrounding documents

Assist with medical coding tasks, ICD-10

Answer phone, text and emails promptly with professional etiquette

Applicant should possess:

  • 4 year degree preferred & rewarded; healthcare/business/marketing related degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related customer service field or position
  • 1-2 years experience in medical office/practice, preferably chiropractic.
  • Healthy & Sports Minded Individual preferred
  • Professional phone etiquette & exemplary patient management skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with other 'team members' to keep clinic running smoothly
  • Speedy & accurate data entry/typing skills
  • Able to verify patient insurance information and assist in claims management
  • Basic understanding of EMRs (Jane) and MSOffice programs.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 codes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
