Position Overview
We are seeking a MULTI-TASKER who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable team member for a Front Office / Medical Assistant / Practice Support role.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining:
- Patient care
- Administrative responsibilities
- Social media management
Each day varies—some are fast-paced and patient-focused, while others allow time for organization, content creation, and improving office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and motivated to grow within a cosmetic dermatology practice.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Coordination
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payment and manage inquiries
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Maintain daily schedule and ensure smooth office flow
- Communicate with patients regarding treatments, pricing, and follow-ups
- Discuss basic skin concerns and recommend skincare products
Medical Assistant Duties
- Prepare patient charts and documentation
- Assist provider during treatments and procedures
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms (room turnover)
- Take before-and-after clinical photos
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Educate patients on post-care and home care
- Manage and restock medical and retail inventory
Social Media Management
- Manage office Instagram (content creation, posting, strategy)
- Capture photo/video content during treatments
- Develop and execute marketing/content ideas
Practice & Personal Support
- Schedule provider’s appointments and send reminders
- Assist with errands and administrative tasks
- Provide general support to improve daily operations
Requirements Must Have
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email)
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetic, or medical office
- Esthetics background (licensed estheticians a plus)
- Knowledge of lasers, PRP, or medical terminology
- Social media experience (Instagram preferred)
- Phlebotomy experience (blood draws)
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, general systems)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
