Join Our Team at Advanced Spine & Orthopaedic Care!

We are a busy and growing Spine & Orthopaedic Surgery practice seeking an upbeat and charismatic individual to join our team. This part-time position, with the potential to become full-time, is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care, is highly detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We especially welcome candidates who are Pre-Med or Pre-PA and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the medical field, though prior medical knowledge or experience is preferred.

In this role, you will support both front and back office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting patients during check-in and check-out, collecting co-pays, and helping with medical scribing when needed. You will also assist with clinical responsibilities such as rooming patients, ordering imaging, and working closely alongside the physician in patient care. Strong multitasking skills and a positive, professional demeanor are essential.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to our Marina del Rey location on Mondays and Fridays.
