As demand continues to grow, we are seeking a high-performing Medical Injector & Licensed Esthetician who is confident in consultations, skilled in injectables, and driven by results.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a provider who understands the business of aesthetics, excels at building treatment plans, and can confidently convert consultations into results-driven services.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced in neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Licensed Esthetician with advanced skincare experience
• Confident in consultations, treatment planning, and client education
• Skilled at converting consultations into services and long-term plans
• Thrives in a results-driven, luxury environment
• Proven track record of strong monthly production

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments with precision and safety
• Provide advanced skincare treatments (Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microchanneling, customized facials)
• Conduct in-depth consultations and create strategic, long-term treatment plans
• Educate clients on services, skincare, and maintenance
• Confidently recommend and sell treatment plans, packages, and skincare
• Maintain accurate documentation and before/after photos
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Deliver a high-end, luxury client experience from start to finish
• Stay current on industry trends and advanced techniques
• Collaborate with team to optimize schedule flow and revenue growth
