Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate medical insurance policies for employees, clients, or patients.
- Process cashless approvals and pre-authorizations with insurance companies and TPAs.
- Handle medical insurance claims (cashless and reimbursement) from initiation to settlement.
- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, doctors, TPAs, and insurance providers.
- Verify insurance coverage, policy limits, exclusions, and eligibility.
- Guide patients/employees on insurance procedures and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, approvals, and correspondence.
- Follow up on pending claims, queries, and settlements to ensure timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Support renewal processes and policy endorsements where required.
- Prepare MIS reports on claims status, approvals, and settlements.
- Resolve insurance-related queries and escalations efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
