Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive and manage medical insurance leads from the company website and other digital channels. Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable insurance options. Prepare and send quotations, negotiate terms, and convert leads into sales. Manage the end-to-end processing of medical insurance policies, including issuance, renewal, and cancellation. Coordinate with insurance providers and TPAs (Third Party Administrators) to handle member enrollments, additions, deletions, and corrections. Review and verify policy documents, quotations, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support claim submissions and follow-up with TPAs to ensure timely resolution of medical claims. Maintain accurate and updated records of members, policies, and leads in the internal system. Handle inquiries and requests from clients regarding policy benefits, coverage, and claim status. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for premium payments, reconciliations, and renewals.
Skills & Qualification Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in medical insurance operations or sales • Good knowledge of UAE health insurance market and TPA procedures • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Excellent customer service and follow-up ability • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems • Detail-oriented, organized, and multitasking. • Fluent in English and Arabic
