Medical Intake Coordinator

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Medical Intake Coordinator
We are a growing, fast paced Medical Equipment Company seeking the right candidate with the following skills to join our team! The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. This is an entry level position. The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Office Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Response to all incoming calls and walk-in patients.
  • Input orders into our Electronic Software.
  • Verify that all paperwork is completed on each order and properly filled.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, copayments, and deductibles information.
  • Coordinate and Schedule deliveries.
  • Verify and confirm discharge dates from Facilities (i.e. Hospitals, Rehab Centers, SNF, etc.)
  • Collect payments.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
