Baptist Health is currently looking for a Medical Laboratory Assistant II to join our Lab Outreach team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm at our Primary Care office in Nocatee.

As a Medical Laboratory Assistant II, you will be responsible for:

• Performing a variety of clerical and technical duties associated with the pre- and post-analytical handling of laboratory specimens and results.
• Communicating laboratory results and responds to specimen-related questions from physicians and various other caregivers.
• Collecting blood specimens for routine and special laboratory procedures.
• Utilizing computer functions.
