Medical Lab Technician

We are seeking a DHA-licensed Laboratory Technician who will not only perform core laboratory duties but also provide essential support to the administrative and operational functions of our lab. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to both clinical and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory testing and procedures in compliance with DHA and internal quality standards.
• Handle sample preparation, processing, and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Support administrative operations including:
• Data entry and report management.
• Assisting with client communication and coordination of pickups/drop-offs.
• Supporting finance with invoicing and statement acknowledgments.
• Assisting management in documentation, audits, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless lab operations.
• Contribute to improving lab workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• DHA License as a Laboratory Technician (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory protocols, safety, and quality systems.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and lab information systems (LIS).
• Strong communication skills in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
