Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, etc.)
• Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and reliability
• Follow quality control and assurance procedures
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for timely reporting

Skills

• Laboratory testing & diagnostic procedures
• Sample collection & specimen handling
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and analyzers
• Quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Data recording and report preparation

• Basic computer skills (LIS systems preferred)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Valid professional license (preferred or eligible for licensing in Saudi Arabia)
• 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience (fresh graduates may apply if highly motivated)
• Knowledge of standard lab procedures and safety guidelines
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if needed
