Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for a travel assignment in a hospital laboratory setting. This role involves performing diagnostic lab testing and ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and microbiology
• Conduct quality control and calibration procedures
• Perform microscopic analysis and specimen evaluation
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of test results
• Follow all laboratory safety and regulatory guidelines
• Document results using SoftLab system
• Collaborate with lab team members to support workflow and patient care

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience
• National Certification required (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) – must be in hand at submission
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control

Work Details

• Shift: Nights (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 4 nights per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Pay: From $2,150.00 per week
