Schedule: Full-Time | 3×12-hour Night Shifts
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $48,441 – $54,731
Salary: Placement will be determined by years of relevant experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests that support accurate diagnoses and guide patient treatment plans
• Collect and process patient specimens with precision and care, ensuring reliable results
• Identify and communicate critical or abnormal findings to support timely clinical decisions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment that promotes quality and patient safety
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
• Participate in infection control, safety initiatives, and ongoing training to uphold the highest standards

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science
• Completion of an accredited MLT/CLS or MT/MLS program
• Successful completion of ASCP/AMT registry exam
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred
