Location: Lahore (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, diagnostic testing, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze test results and ensure accuracy before reporting

Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records

Assist in quality control and assurance activities

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for timely reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory

Familiarity with automated lab systems and software
