Overview:Ridewell Cargo is seeking a dynamic, results-driven B2B Outside Sales Specialist specializing in Medical Logistics and Cargo Services. This is an independent contractor (1099) position tailored for a self-motivated professional who wants control over their earning potential. If you have the drive to build relationships with healthcare providers and logistics partners, your earning potential here is uncapped.
Compensation structure: 100% Commission-Based with high earning potential (Target: $85,000+ per year based on performance).
Uncapped commission: The more accounts and contracts you secure, the more you earn. Independent Contractor (1099) role – flexibility to manage your own schedule and territory.
Responsibilities:* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new B2B clients within the medical and healthcare sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, pharmaceutical companies, and supply chain managers. Present comprehensive logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, NVOCC, and 3PL services tailored to client needs.*
Requirements: Proven experience in B2B Outside Sales (experience in logistics, cargo, or medical sales is highly preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in the field.
