Medical Manager

We are seeking a Medical Manager who will lead medical strategy and cross-functional execution across our therapeutic areas, ensuring compliance, scientific excellence, and effective field medical leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Medical Doctor (MD) degree (specialization is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in pharmaceutical medical affairs and/or clinical research within relevant therapeutic areas.

• Certification/Regulatory: Solid knowledge of the Turkish MoH “Regulation on the Promotion of Human Medicinal Products” and Pharmacovigilance Regulation; GCP/clinical research training is a plus.

• System Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of literature/search tools (e.g., PubMed/Embase). Experience with SAP/CRM is a plus.

• Key Competencies:

• Scientific depth and evidence-based decision making.
• Stakeholder engagement (KOLs/HCPs, institutions, authorities).
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training capability.
• High compliance and quality mindset; problem solving and prioritization.

• Language Skills: Very good command of English (written and spoken).

• Other: Active driver’s license, ability to travel; military service completed (for male candidates).

Your Responsibilities

Medical Strategy & Governance

• Contribute to medical department goals, strategies, and action plans; track execution and impact.

• Lead/coordinate medico-marketing strategies and ensure timely, compliant implementation.

• Continuously monitor competitor pipelines, clinical developments, and scientific trends; share insights with relevant teams.

Evidence Generation & Clinical Studies

• Design, plan, organize, and closely follow clinical studies in line with company objectives.

• Prepare and execute medical activity plans before, during, and after product launches.

• Attend national/international congresses and symposia; contribute to scientific sessions and report outcomes to leadership.

KOL & Scientific Engagement

• Build and manage a prioritized KOL list; plan scientific interactions and advisory/round-table meetings; capture and disseminate insights.

• Provide accurate, current medical information to internal/external stakeholders and respond to medical inquiries with follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Material Review

• Train Sales, Marketing, and relevant functions on disease/product science; measure training effectiveness and ensure follow-up.

• Review/approve promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance with MoH promotion regulations and internal SOPs.

• Provide medical input to Business Development and other teams on new product evaluations and health-authority-facing information (MoH, SGK, etc.).

People Leadership & Field Medical Management

• Lead and coach the field medical team to achieve objectives; clarify roles, set expectations, and support performance and capability development.

Compliance, PV & Quality

• Adhere to company policies, regulations, and SOPs, including the Pharmacovigilance Regulation and MoH Promotion Regulation; ensure proper documentation and archiving.

• Uphold ethical standards in all HCP interactions; support audits/inspections as needed.
