About the Role

As Medical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth through effective business and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic

Drive business growth, revenue generation, and service expansion

Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and profitability

Manage, mentor, and motivate clinical and administrative teams

Ensure outstanding patient care and customer satisfaction

Monitor KPIs, productivity, and financial performance against targets

Optimize workflows and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in medical, healthcare, or clinic management

Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

Demonstrated success in business development, sales growth, and operational management

Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable
