Medical Nurse

Role Overview:

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Medical Nurses (multiple positions available) to deliver high-quality patient care, assist medical practitioners, and ensure the smooth, safe operation of our clinical environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining meticulous patient records.

Requirements:

• DHA license or eligibility is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in a clinical, polyclinic, or hospital setting.
• Proven proficiency in routine clinical procedures (e.g., vital signs, injections, wound care, triage).
• Exceptional patient management skills, including empathy, effective communication, and crisis intervention.
• Strong commitment to clinical hygiene, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease management.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records and reports.
