Medical Office Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Investigator/Denial Management specialist to join our team. This position requires an understanding of medical coding, insurance processing and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Reviewing unpaid and denied claims for payment.
• Investigating path for getting problem claims paid
• Use insurance web sites and other resources to assist in claim investigation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical billing/account receivable within a healthcare setting is required.
• Familiarity in navigating insurance web sites for claim resolution
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
