Medical Office Assistant

Check in patient and take them from waiting room to treatment rooms, Check vitals, enter patient information/History/Demographics into EMR. Clean rooms once patient has been seen, stock rooms. Autoclave instruments. Take xrays. Visit other facilities and assist doctors 2 times per month. Hours daily 8:30am to 6:00pm. Obtain prior authorizations for patients through insurance portals.

No nights or weekends
