Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disorders).
- Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and act upon laboratory and diagnostic test results.
- Provide preventive health services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and screenings.
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with current clinical guidelines.
- Provide urgent medical attention for in-office emergencies and arrange hospital transfers when required.
- Offer telehealth consultations as appropriate, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with payer-specific POS codes.
2. Clinical Oversight and Leadership
- Supervise and support nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), and nursing staff.
- Review and co-sign charts for mid-level providers as per regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead quality assurance (QA) initiatives to ensure compliance with clinical standards and payer requirements.
- Participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and case discussions.
- Mentor junior clinical staff and support continuing education initiatives.
3. Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Ensure appropriate ICD-10 and CPT coding for all encounters to support correct billing and reimbursement.
- Adhere to HIPAA and all federal, state, and local privacy and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Participate in MIPS/MACRA and quality reporting initiatives.
4. Administrative Duties
- Collaborate with clinic administration on operational policies and workflow improvements.
- Review and approve medical necessity for diagnostic tests, procedures, and referrals.
- Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and administrative departments, including billing and front office.
- Track provider productivity metrics (RVUs, patient volume, quality measures).
- Investigate and report adverse events, errors, or incidents promptly.
- Participate in public health reporting and community wellness initiatives.
Work Schedule
- Setting: Outpatient Internal Medicine Clinic (may include telehealth services)
- Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Average Patient Volume: 18–25 patients per day
- It's night shift job & work from office only

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
