Medical Officer (MBBS)

Medical Officer MBBS:

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant Experience in Big & Busy Medical Facility.

Qualification/Degree: MBBS.

Required Skills:

• Responsible for Medical OPD / Emergency, Annualy Workers Medical Checkup, Vaccine Supervision, Checking of General Sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular medical check-ups and assessments for factory workers.
• Provide immediate medical attention for workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports as per legal requirements.
• Advise on occupational health and ergonomic improvements in the workplace.
• Support the HR and compliance team in health-related audits and certifications (e.g. BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX).
• Assist in health awareness programs (e.g. hygiene, nutrition, maternal health, vaccination drives).
• Attend emergency cases and treat patients on the spot to ensure wellbeing of employees.
• Recommend improvements in PPE (personal protective equipment) usage and workplace safety protocols.
• Liaise with external medical facilities for referrals and emergency cases.

Field of Experience:

• General Physician.
