Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our specialized Wound Care Clinic. The role involves comprehensive wound assessment, planning and executing evidence-based wound management, including cleaning, dressing, and follow-up care. This position offers stable fixed pay with optional hybrid and revenue-sharing models for growth-oriented doctors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed clinical assessment of acute and chronic wounds (diabetic foot, pressure sores, post-surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, etc.)

Plan and execute wound treatment protocols

Perform wound cleaning, debridement (as required), and dressing

Monitor wound healing progress and modify treatment plans accordingly

Maintain proper medical documentation and patient records

Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, hygiene, and follow-up

Coordinate with nursing staff, physiotherapists, and consultants when required

Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, and safety protocols

Eligibility & Qualifications

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution

Valid Medical Council / State Medical Council registration

Interest or experience in wound care, diabetic foot care, or rehabilitation medicine preferred

Freshers with strong clinical skills and interest in wound management are welcome

Working Hours

Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM &

Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Split Shift

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & competency)
