Medical Operator

The Neurology Center is looking for dedicated, motivated, enthusiastic team player who want to make a difference in the community. Our representatives make the first impression to all of our new and long term patients. They are the first person our patients reach to get help or answer their questions. Supporting six locations, including internal and external calls, our operators are an integral part of our team at The Neurology Center.

Qualifications:

• Can answer the phone with a friendly voice and attitude, every time
• Are empathic and compassionate
• Multitasker
• Are comfortable speaking on the phone for a large portion of their day
• Have strong spoken and written communication skills
• Have customer service experience and strong customer service skills
