Job Summary

Under the supervision of the PACE Medical Director, provides primary care and continuous medical coverage services to participants in the program for all-inclusive care for the elderly. Demonstrates compassion, patience along with the knowledge and skills necessary to access, plan, and care for and provide service for our most vulnerable population. This position allows for a holistic approach with added support for the physician in order to fully care for their patients with care coordination assistance. This allows for more time being able to spend with each patient during a visit. This position is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR §§ 460.102(b) and (d) and meets applicable state licensure requirements to represent the Primary Care Physician role.

Education - Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed a US residency accredited program.
Experience - Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Licensed to practice medicine in Washington State including full prescriptive authority. State DEA registration. Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board-certified in Geriatrics preferred.
