مسؤول عن تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات شراء المنتجات الطبية (مثل الأجهزة الطبية، والمستهلكات، والمنتجات المعقمة، والمعدات المتخصصة) لضمان توافرها وفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة والامتثال للوائح، مع تحقيق التكلفة المثلى والحد من المخاطر المرتبطة بسلسلة التوريد الطبية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إدارة مشتريات المنتجات الطبية:

- تخطيط وتنفيذ طلبات شراء المنتجات الطبية بناءً على احتياجات الأقسام الطبية (العمليات، الطوارئ، المختبرات، إلخ).

- مراقبة تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وظروف تخزين المنتجات الطبية (مثل درجة الحرارة والرطوبة) لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الصحية.

- تنسيق استلام المنتجات الطبية وإجراء الفحص الأولي لها مع فريق ضمان الجودة الصحية والمستودعات.

2. إدارة الموردين والامتثال للوائح:

- تقييم واعتماد الموردين الجدد للمنتجات الطبية وفقًا لمعايير إدارة الغذاء والدواء (مثل الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء، وهيئة الغذاء والدواء، وعلامة المطابقة الأوروبية).

- التأكد من وجود شهادات صلاحية المنتج (مثل شهادات التخزين، وشهادات المنشأ، وتسجيلات الهيئات التنظيمية).

- إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين ومراجعة أدائهم دوريًا من حيث الجودة والتسليم والاستجابة للطوارئ.

3. التحليل والتخطيط:

- تحليل بيانات استهلاك المنتجات الطبية والتنبؤ بالطلب لتجنب نفاد المخزون أو تكدسه.

- إعداد تقارير دورية عن تكاليف الشراء، والوفورات المحققة، ومؤشرات أداء الموردين.

- دراسة بدائل للمنتجات الطبية عالية التكلفة أو محدودة التوفر دون المساس بالجودة.

4. إدارة الجودة والمخاطر:

- التنسيق مع فريق مراقبة الجودة لفحص عينات من المنتجات الطبية الواردة.

- متابعة عمليات سحب المنتجات واتخاذ إجراءات فورية لاستبدالها أو إعادتها.

- وضع خطط طوارئ لتأمين بدائل للمنتجات الحيوية في حال حدوث نقص.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

- الخبرة: ثلاث سنوات على الأقل في مجال شراء المنتجات الطبية (الأجهزة، أو المستلزمات، أو المعدات الطبية).

- المعرفة التقنية:

- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

- فهم الخصائص التقنية للمنتجات الطبية (مثل: التصنيف، والاستخدام، وشروط التخزين).

- المهارات الشخصية:

- دقة متناهية في التعامل مع البيانات والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

- القدرة على التفاوض وإدارة الأزمات تحت الضغط.

- مهارات التحليل والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.

We are looking for a Medical Procurement Specialist who can join immediately and has at least two years of experience in the field.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and executing the procurement of medical products (such as medical devices, consumables, sterile products, and specialized equipment) to ensure their availability according to the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance, while achieving optimal cost and minimizing risks associated with the medical supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical Product Procurement Management:

- Planning and executing purchase orders for medical products based on the needs of medical departments (operations, emergency, laboratories, etc.).

- Monitoring expiration dates and storage conditions of medical products (such as temperature and humidity) to ensure compliance with health requirements.

- Coordinating the receipt of medical products and conducting initial inspections with the health quality assurance team and warehouse.

2. Supplier Management and Regulatory Compliance:

- Evaluating and approving new medical product suppliers according to FDA standards (such as the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, the Food and Drug Administration, and the European Conformity Mark).

- Ensure the availability of product validity certificates (such as storage certificates, certificates of origin, and regulatory registrations).

- Manage supplier relationships and periodically review their performance in terms of quality, delivery, and emergency response.

3. Analysis and Planning:

- Analyze medical product consumption data and forecast demand to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

- Prepare periodic reports on procurement costs, savings achieved, and supplier performance indicators.

- Explore alternatives for high-cost or limited-availability medical products without compromising quality.

4. Quality and Risk Management:

- Coordinate with the quality control team to inspect samples of incoming medical products.

- Monitor product recalls and take immediate action to replace or return them.

- Develop contingency plans to secure alternatives for essential products in case of shortages.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, or Supply Chain Management (with experience in the medical field).

- Experience: At least three years in the field of medical product procurement (devices, supplies, or medical equipment).

- Technical Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of local and international health regulations (e.g., the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, ISO 13485, and the General Data Protection Regulation).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Understanding of the technical characteristics of medical products (e.g., classification, use, and storage requirements).

- Personal Skills:

- Extreme accuracy in handling data and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to negotiate and manage crises under pressure.

- Analytical and strategic planning skills.

- Working Conditions:

- Adherence to relevant occupational health and safety protocols.
