Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• Verify patient information and insurance details
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical office or receptionist role preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
