We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Arabic-speaking Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, maintain smooth patient flow, and support the clinical and administrative team. Experience in a dental or medical clinic is highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp, and clinic messages with quick response times.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s PMS.
  • Provide information on treatments, pricing, offers, and insurance when required.
  • Communicate confidently with Arabic-speaking patients (Arabic fluency required).
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including forms and consent processes.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Maintain an organised reception area and uphold clinic cleanliness standards.
  • Verify insurance eligibility (if applicable) and assist with claims processing.
  • Manage daily appointment lists, doctor schedules, and patient follow-ups.
  • Collect payments (cash, card, Tabby/Tamara if applicable) and issue receipts.
  • Ensure accurate entry of patient records into the PMS (e.g., EasyClinic, Salma, or your system).
  • Support marketing/admin tasks such as reminders, recall messages, and patient reactivation campaigns.

Customer Service & Patient Experience

  • Ensure patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed throughout their visit.
  • Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Promote ongoing treatments, promotions, and patient loyalty programs.
  • Encourage Google Reviews and patient feedback to support clinic reputation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) — mandatory.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical facility.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, common treatments, and clinic workflow preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with clinic PMS or scheduling systems.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, professional, and patient-focused.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy patient flow.
  • Sales-oriented mindset to support treatment acceptance and booking conversions.
  • Knowledge of DHA regulations and file management processes.
  • Experience handling cash and digital payment systems.
