Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a polite and professional manner
- Register patients and update personal, insurance, and medical details accurately
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, and procedures
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all time
- Manage front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Any degree
- Certification or training in hospital administration is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital management systems)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high patient volumes
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (hospital or healthcare setting preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
