We offer chiropractic, massage therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy, red light therapy, colon hydrotherapy and now expanded services in Men’s & Women’s Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Peptide Therapy, Weight Loss, and Nutraceutical Injections.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy receptionist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and phone/email inquiries
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
• Assist with light laundry, restocking supplies, and keeping the facility clean and organized
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately
• Coordinate with clinicians to optimize daily flow

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or healthcare preferred
• Strong computer proficiency required (EHR experience a plus; will train)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills required
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for wellness required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance required

Base Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
