Medical Receptionist

Welcome to Advanced Spine & Orthopaedic Care!

We are a busy Spine & Orthopaedic Surgery practice looking to acquire an upbeat, charismatic, addition to our team and growing practice. Someone who enjoys patient care and is very detail oriented is required. A person with prior medical knowledge or experience is preferred.

This position is 8-5pm Monday to Friday to start, in which you will be the receptionist during our clinic days where we can see up to 35-40 patients, so multitasking abilities are a key quality we will be looking for.

Responsibilities include some answering of phones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, check-in, check out, scanning and routing faxes.
