Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team! Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Schedule appointments accurately using Greenway/PrimeSuite.
  • Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing procedures with precision, including medical collection efforts.
  • Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure documentation review for accuracy.
  • Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical history and explaining clinic procedures.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries courteously, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Support medical office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic health information.
  • Facilitate communication between providers and patients regarding care plans.
  • Ensure smooth clinic operations by coordinating medical scheduling and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
