We are looking for a positive, self-motivated person with excellent customer service skills to join our team! Your role play an integral part in our patients' experience.
- 3-4 days, 25-32 hours per week
- 2 closing shift (12-8) REQUIRED
- Weekends as needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage schedule and responsible for filling schedule
- Greeting & checking in patients, managing high volume influx of patients
- Communicating with patients via phone and emails
- Managing Daily Appointment Sheets for Front Desk and Practitioners
- Assist Acupuncturists: Managing patient flow, prepping rooms
- Re-organizing patient rooms after visits which includes sanitizing, disinfecting, organizing acupuncturist tools
- Adminstrative work: Scanning, shredding, filing charts
STUDIO MAINTENANCE:
- Light Laundry
- Deep cleaning/sanitization medical tools
- Non-Medical inventory
- Learning assortment of retail and providing guidance to clients
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Experience in digital programs such as Point of Sale and Electronic Health Records
- 3 year (minimum) experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, in a medical office
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and kindness
- Detail-oriented with proficient organizational and written/oral communications skills
- Google Drive proficient
SCHEDULE SPECIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 days a week
- 6-8 hour shift
- MUST BE ABLE TO CLOSE 2 days a week until 8:00PM
