Medical Receptionist

Pulmonary Associates, P.C. is looking for a fulltime Medical Receptionist to join our longstanding, growing, Pulmonary/Sleep/Critical Care practice dedicated to providing the highest caliber Pulmonary and Sleep care to our community.

The duties for the Medical Scheduler include:

• Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
• Greeting patients and checking them into and out of appointments
• Input and/or change patient demographics into electronic medical record
• Working referrals and setting up new patient appointments
• Working with cash and taking patient payments
• Verifying patients insurance prior to visit
• Other duties as assigned
